Our pricing and services can vary in accordance with the uniqueness of the building we are managing and the relationship that we have with the owner investor. Our intention is to keep pricing fair and simple for both parties. Our starting pricing and services are as follows:

Pricing and Terms:

  • 24 month management contract

  • $500 onboarding fee for properties with 4 units or less

  • 10% of collected rent payments

  • $0 turn-over or new lease fees

Services:

  • Full market and property analysis

  • Expert marketing of property for new tenants

  • Monthly financial statements on-demand

  • Manage all tenant relations

  • Owner portal with access to all maintenance, lease, agreements and communication

  • Coordination of all Maintenance and Repairs

  • ACH rent collection
