Kim is one of our agents and has lived in the Saint Louis area for 10+ years. She has a plethora of work experiences and an MBA… she ain’t playin no games. Kim fell in love with real estate after working with The Porter Group to purchase her home in TGS.

Monica Moody
Monica is our Director of Operations. She has operated in several different positions in our company and knows the real estate process inside and out. She’s our jack of all trades and keeps us in order and on top of things.
A central IL native, Monica traded her corn fields for the city over 10 years ago and is currently a proud Fox Parker and big fan of city living.
Lauren Storm
Lauren is our Transaction Coordinator. She’s our level headed, contract to close wiz and loves helping our clients get to closing day. With Lauren handling your transaction, you know everything in on lock and good to go!
When she’s not handling transactions, Lauren loves spending time with her family - she LOVES STL parks and enjoying the STL foodie scene. If you look fast, you might even see her on an early morning run through Tower Grove Park.
